About Attorney Yaakov Jackie Bublil

 

Married and father of two, born in Tripoli, Libya in 1965, immigrated with his family in 1969 after a two-year stay in Italy. He grew up and was educated in Bat Yam. After volunteering in the IDF, he began his academic studies at Tel Aviv University with a broad legal education, holding an LL.B from Tel Aviv University (1992).

 

Alongside studies in the Economics Department at Tel Aviv University - Introduction to Economics, Introduction to Statistics, and in the Faculty of Humanities at Tel Aviv University – History of Political Thought, French Literature and Culture, various courses in Psychology, Ethics, Jewish Mysticism, Talmudic Literature, Rabbinic Literature, various courses in Culture and Law, Distress and Social Gap.

 

Throughout his studies, he worked in a company engaged in capital market, real estate, and non-bank credit fields where he gained extensive practical experience. Later, he worked in the pre-internship period at the law firm Nahum & Nahum, which dealt with a wide civil-commercial field, real estate, and courts, and also served as the legal advisor of the Italian Embassy in Israel.

 

Interned at the law firm Mulaur Yosef & Co., which primarily dealt with real estate, banking law, enforcement, receiverships, and dissolutions. He served as an external legal advisor to the First International Bank and Bank Hapoalim and as the legal advisor of the Hapoel Center.

 

Completed his internship with the Honorable Judge Zipora Baron, currently a district judge, at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.

 

Worked for a short period as an employee at the law firm Nissim Dotan, which mainly represented construction companies.

 

In 1995, he founded the firm he heads to this day.

 

Attorney Bublil is a strong believer in the need for lawyers to update and renew their professional studies despite daily practice, and as such, he has participated in numerous certificate courses attended by top professionals, including:

1. Chairman of the Property Tax Appeals Committee in Bat Yam Municipality.

 

2. Member of the Next Generation Council of "Constitution by Consensus."

 

3. Chairman of the Assistance Committee for Lawyers - Tel Aviv District Bar Association.

 

4. Acting Chairman of the Firefighting Cities Association Council Holon Bat Yam-Region.

 

5. Member of Bat Yam City Council, responsible for the development of the industrial area, parking authority, and municipal hotline, member of audit and tender committees, and local planning and building committee.

 

6. Member of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association Committee.

 

7. Member of the Management of the Association for the Soldier in Bat Yam.
