Sadeh & Co. Law Office

Sadeh & Co. Law Office was established in 2002. The office represents clients in courts and enforcement offices across the country.

Our office specializes in three main areas of law: collection and enforcement for commercial and institutional businesses, such as Bank Hapoalim, Tnuva, and others; real estate and property law, including land expropriation and the agricultural sector in all its aspects; and legal-business support for businesses and companies.

The founding partners of our office are Attorney and Notary Ran Sadeh and Attorney Dr. Shoshana Sadeh. Attorney Beni Saban is a senior attorney at the office. Additionally, our office employs an office manager and collection representatives. Our office operates in collaboration with enforcement contractors, real estate appraisers, surveyors, investigation offices, and more.

The office is computerized both internally and externally and includes an administrative accounting software system for attorneys ("Commit"), a legal case management software for handling enforcement cases directly linked to the enforcement system and for handling automated claims ("Odkinet Zahav"), a software system that allows connection to the population registry ("Avivim"), and more.
