• Experienced banker and lawyer with extensive practical knowledge in banking and business, owning an independent law firm specializing in these fields.
• Focuses on the business side of law with an emphasis on bank-client relationships in particular, inheritance law, and traffic law.

From 1995-2009, served in various positions at the Industrial Development Bank of Israel Ltd., including Head of Credit Team.

In these roles, dealt with the business side of credit management (including complex transaction structuring, ongoing management, and debt arrangements) involving hundreds of millions of NIS.

On the legal side, dealt with drafting court documents, agreements, and legal documents, ongoing legal support, and insolvency law.

In his education, Attorney Miroz holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University and a law degree with honors from the Academic Center for Law and Business in Ramat Gan. He has completed a basic mediation course, a practical mediation workshop, and several practical training courses at the Institute for Continuing Legal Education of the Israel Bar Association and the Tel Aviv District Committee.
