Our office specializes in mediation, where in some cases the optimal solution for the client is to reach a settlement outside the courts, minimizing risks due to uncertainties in the judicial process and potential harm to involved parties, while maintaining their dignity. Most importantly, the outcome of the mediation depends on the parties and not on any third party, such as the court or witnesses.

We handle complex divorce cases including alimony, custody, visitation arrangements, property division, drafting divorce agreements, and damage claims. This allows clients to complete their debts under an agreement that protects against further proceedings, ensuring that upon completion of the agreed payment, clients can start anew.
