During a marital conflict, children are adversely affected. The office's policy is clear: minimize children's involvement in their parents' conflict.
Founded in 1999, the office focuses on joint custody, child 'relocations' from one country to another (Hague Convention), and deals with the full spectrum of family law in various frameworks (partnerships, common-law relationships, single-parent families), including property and financial aspects related to divorce disputes, business reputation, agreements for cohabitation without marriage, and drafting mutual wills and inheritances.
Attorney Amir Karni holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University. He has been practicing family law for 25 years and is also a certified family mediator. He considers reaching a fair and balanced agreement a fundamental principle that should drive any legal proceeding in family matters, particularly when minors are involved.
