He handled all urgent matters with professionalism and guided me thoroughly on how I should act on my side in addition to his work. Attorney Eliav Biton, with his utmost professionalism, managed to fend off a well-oiled web of lies from the other side in court to the point of humiliation. Eliav restored my visitation and overnight stays with my children after a year and a half of being denied due to all the accusations made against me. An amazing person!! After facing battles from my ex-wife, I turned to rabbinical advocate Eliav Biton, who provided a listening ear and immediately acted with great determination against the court and the welfare officer. Efficiently and quickly, he brought about decisions that ended the injustice caused to me by not being able to see my son. He also succeeded in dismissing every request/argument brought by the "plaintiff" side. All this was done with dedicated, courteous, and patient support until the end of the process!!
