Assaf Shacham was admitted as a lawyer in 1988 and has been practicing as an active attorney in the fields of commercial law, labor law, and real estate since 1990. From 1988 to 1990, Assaf served as the manager of the Labor Party faction in the Knesset, and from 1990 to 2006, he worked as a lawyer in one of Israel's leading commercial law firms.
In 2006, he opened his own firm in Tel Aviv, and since then, he has been engaged in commercial law with an emphasis on labor law, representing employers.
The firm provides services to employers in all aspects of labor law, including ongoing advice, drafting agreements, and representation in labor courts. The firm advises companies, business owners, and managers on how to properly plan and engage in agreements with employees to avoid legal exposure to claims while ensuring employees' rights according to the law and within the accepted employment costs in various industries.
Additionally, the firm advises employers on a wide range of labor law issues, including dismissals and resignations, employee rights (vacation, illness, recuperation, etc.), changes in ownership at the workplace, women's employment, trade secrets, freedom of occupation, and more.
Assaf Shacham has extensive experience appearing in labor courts in the aforementioned areas and in various other matters. Among the firm's clients are leading companies in their respective fields.
In addition to his work in labor law, the firm handles private and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and leases, as well as drafting various commercial agreements.
