The firm is owned by Attorney Batya Deutsch, who has served for many years in management roles in human resources and personnel in various large and public organizations in the industry. Attorney Deutsch is also a mediator in labor law. Her extensive experience ensures that the advice she provides to each client will be comprehensive and complete.
Our firm also accompanies clients before authorities such as the Ministry of Economy in proceedings for financial sanctions, guidance in liquidation, business bankruptcy, and employer changes, as well as guidance for employers in the nursing, construction, and manpower industries.
The legal team at the firm includes two female attorneys with unique experience, knowledge, and skills in labor law.
Attorney Batya Deutsch - holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University. She has held various management roles in human resources and personnel in large organizations, including Tadiran, Yafora Tavori, and Ashot Ashkelon, and served as a management member.
During these years, Attorney Deutsch acquired extensive experience in various topics in labor law, including: collective agreements, individual employment agreements, recovery agreements including employee retirement, negotiation management, pension funds, and executive insurance.
Additionally, she served as a public representative in the Labor Court for over six years.
Upon completing her law studies, internship at the Labor Court, and obtaining her law license, Attorney Deutsch opened an independent office specializing in labor law. She even serves as a mediator in labor relations disputes.
Attorney Liad Rundel - graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She completed her internship at the law firm of Tamar Golan & Co., which represents some of the largest employers in the industry in labor law and labor relations. Upon obtaining her law license, Attorney Rundel continued to work in labor law, including providing legal advice to local authorities, companies, and various businesses.
The business clientele includes, among others, companies in the fields of fuel, construction, garages, air conditioning, cleaning, event halls, insurance agencies, biotechnology companies, high-tech companies, law offices, and more.
The private clientele includes, among others, employees of health funds, state and local authority employees, police officers, teaching staff, high-tech company employees, workers in the construction, metal, and electronics industries, services, and commerce, and more.
