Meetings are usually held once a week, culminating in the formation of the agreement. The agreement is submitted by the attorney to the Family Court or the Rabbinical Court for approval and to obtain the status of a court ruling. In the case of divorce, the couple also receives guidance on the continuation of the process of delivering/receiving the get (Jewish divorce document) at the Rabbinical Court.
