Attorney Shabbat has special experience and expertise in Inheritance and Wills Law. He also practices Civil-Commercial Law, Administrative Law, and Public Tenders.

 

Attorney Shabbat successfully represents his clients from Israel and abroad (especially Europe, the USA, and South America) in a variety of legal fields in courts, in various judicial instances, including the Supreme Court, the National Labor Court, and district and administrative courts.

 

Academic Research


In 2003, Attorney Shabbat published an academic research paper in the field of public tenders: "The Economic Purpose in Tender Laws in the State of Israel," which was composed as part of his Master's degree studies – research track, at Bar-Ilan University, under the guidance of Prof. Arie Reich.

 

Attorney Shabbat is the co-author of the book: "Inheritance – Future Inheritance Transactions and Mutual Wills" (2006), published by Perlstein-Ginosar. The book was purchased by the Administration of the Courts, leading law firms, and various government offices. It was also acquired by all legal libraries, including university libraries in Israel, and is cited in the rulings of family courts, district courts, and the Supreme Court.

 

Currently, Attorney Shabbat is working on a research paper as part of his Ph.D. studies at Bar-Ilan University.

 

Notary Services in English, Spanish, Italian, and Hebrew


In 2007, Attorney Shabbat was certified as a notary, and within this field of practice, his office provides translation and notary services (as well as apostille services) for documents of all types, in English, Spanish, Italian, and Hebrew.

 

Public Volunteer Activity for the Society
