Since his certification in 1999, Attorney Ostrovsky has been engaged in two main areas: guiding various real estate transactions.
Purchase and sale of apartments or plots, including those registered with the Israel Land Authority, combination deals, and regular sales.
Guiding projects for developers and contractors, including purchasing groups, TAMA 38 (for tenants or developers), and, more recently, urban renewal (evacuation-reconstruction).
The advice provided to the client relates to various aspects of the transaction, including tax planning.
Attorney Ostrovsky has been appointed by the courts to handle the registration of rights for apartment buyers who purchased from companies that ceased operations.
Another area in which Attorney Ostrovsky has developed extensive practice is commercial law, including commercial litigation. Attorney Ostrovsky has guided various commercial transactions in Israel and abroad (purchase and sale of shares, companies, partnerships, investment agreements, etc.) and has represented parties in arbitrations, mediations, and disputes discussed in various courts, including the Supreme Court, on diverse issues such as shareholder disputes, contract interpretation, obligation laws, banking law, defamation, and more.
