Dr. Daniel Sperling, Adv.

Dr. Daniel Sperling, Adv. holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Philosophy from the Hebrew University and a Master's and Doctorate in Law from the University of Toronto. He is a graduate of a mediation course at "Gome" and a mediation practicum at the Israel Bar Association.

Dr. Sperling worked alongside the heads of the Israeli judicial system, including the former State Attorney and Supreme Court judges, before pursuing an academic career and a career as a mediator. For several years, Dr. Sperling has served as a mediator in the "Mahut" project on behalf of the court administration. His experience as a mediator includes mediation in numerous and diverse professional cases.

Dr. Sperling is an expert in bioethics and medical law. His areas of interest include medical malpractice, patients' rights, reproductive technologies, new family structures, workplace mediation, family mediation, and business mediation.

Dr. Sperling is the author of two books and numerous articles published in leading international journals, and he lectures at the university and conducts research in his fields of interest.

Since 2014, Dr. Sperling, Adv. has been managing the Mediation and Arbitration Department at the law firm of Eliad Shraga & Co.

The mediations managed by Dr. Sperling, Adv. are held in Tel Aviv or Petah Tikva.
