The Guili – Dekel Law Firm is managed by partners Roni Guili and Moshe Dekel.

Roni Guili and Moshe Dekel are attorneys, certified mediators, and real estate and agriculture appraisers with extensive experience.

Over the past 10 years, the partners have provided real estate and agriculture appraisal services to most of the infrastructure bodies in the country, including Israel Railways, the National Roads Company of Israel Ltd., the Electric Company, Mekorot, Oil and Energy Infrastructure Company, Israel Natural Gas Lines Ltd., the Ministry of Defense, the Israel Land Authority, and more.

In the course of this work, the partners have accumulated significant experience and knowledge regarding appraisal, planning, legal, and other issues related to planning and construction, real estate, property, and national infrastructure.

Given the partners' expertise as real estate appraisers and their aforementioned experience, the firm naturally engages in real estate, planning, and construction, as well as in various civil law fields such as contract law, property law, administrative law, real estate taxation, and more, which are adjacent to the field of real estate and planning and construction.

The firm is involved in representation before local and governmental authorities, including matters of land expropriation, legality and compensation thereof, claims and appeals for compensation due to depreciation of real estate value following the approval of master plans, pursuant to Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law, appeals and objections to betterment levy charges, tort claims and others related to real estate, as well as accompanying real estate transactions of various types.

The firm represents and handles matters with authorities concerning the transfer of national infrastructure and the damages resulting therefrom, including the transfer of roads, railways, electricity lines, water, sewage, oil, gas, etc., including in the field of agriculture, including indirect damages.

In the field of planning and construction, the firm is involved in accompanying planning procedures, representation in planning institutions and administrative courts, including matters of master plan approvals (TABA), objections to plans, appeals, administrative petitions, building permits, and approvals for easements and non-conforming uses. Representation in proceedings regarding building violations.

The firm represents in matters of betterment levy charges in the compensation and betterment levy appeal committees and before the decisive appraisers in accordance with Amendment 84 to the Planning and Building Law.

In the field of real estate and property, the firm is involved in representation before the Israel Land Authority, including matters of improvement fees, consent fees, non-conforming uses, agricultural rights, land restitution due to change of designation, and more.

Additionally, in the field of real estate and property, the firm handles matters of shared buildings, neighbor disputes, and representation before land registrars and inspectors. Registration of real estate transactions of various types, including sale, lease, parcel division and unification, mortgages, cautionary notes, inheritance registration, and more;

Property management, claims for partition of real estate, receivership, eviction of squatters, claims for tenant eviction, and more;

Drafting real estate contracts and managing transactions of various types, including sale, lease, leasehold, transfers without consideration, and property exchanges.
