Bar Shelton Law Firm is among the oldest family law firms in Israel, established in 1962 by Attorney Menashe Bar Shelton. Since its inception, it has trained numerous lawyers specializing in family law, as well as some judges in family courts.
Throughout its close to 50 years of operation, the firm has contributed to the development of many precedent-setting and evolving Supreme Court decisions in various areas of family law.
The firm is comprised of three attorneys, all of whom are family members themselves, with over 49 years of combined experience - in family and inheritance law. They handle all aspects of the field, from conducting legal proceedings in courts and tribunals at all levels to drafting agreements and mediation.
