Adv. Roni Ben-Ari

Roni Ben-Ari has been licensed to practice law since 1999. At the beginning of her legal career, Adv. Roni Ben-Ari served as a legal advisor in various high-tech companies. The role included negotiating on behalf of the company, reviewing and drafting various types of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Later, Adv. Roni Ben-Ari joined her mother's office, the late Adv. Israela Limor, who founded the office back in 1991.

 

Over time, Adv. Ben-Ari underwent training and was certified as a mediator by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education - the National Mediation Institute named after David Rotlevy.

Adv. Ben-Ari speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, and French.

 

During her years as a lawyer, Adv. Ben-Ari ensures to stay updated with new rulings and legislation, within which she completed certificate studies at the Center for Commercial Law at Bar-Ilan University, including studies in the fields of receivership, intellectual property, drafting commercial contracts, computer law, and civil litigation management from the Institute for Continuing Education of the Bar Association.

 

Adv. Rani Aharon-Cohen

 

Adv. Rani Aharon-Cohen was certified as a lawyer in June 2003 after passing the bar exams with distinction and a period of practice at the Herzog Fox Neeman law firm.

 

He was then employed at one of the largest firms in the country in the field of collections and enforcement, Y. Shapira & Co. in Tel Aviv, and recently joined our office.

 

In his eight years of work as a lawyer, Adv. Rani Aharon-Cohen has gained extensive experience in managing commercial cases and providing ongoing legal advice to businesses and private clients alike, including managing collection and receivership proceedings, managing various proceedings in courts including monetary claims, eviction claims, enforcement of various agreements, representing creditors\/claimants, alongside debtors.

 

His achievements have often received media coverage.
