The law firm of Ben Haim, Cohen & Galis is the result of a merger between the law firm "Ben Haim – Cohen" and Attorney Roy Galis. The firm has two branches, in Ramat Gan and Haifa, and is led by three partners.

Established in 2004, the firm specializes in commercial, administrative, and civil litigation (representation in legal proceedings), real estate, planning and construction, commercial law, local authorities, and cooperative societies. The firm provides legal services to corporations, local authorities, and both business and private clients, locally and internationally, offering comprehensive solutions in all areas of civil-commercial-administrative law, with an emphasis on personal, high-quality, and professional service at the highest level.
