International Taxation – The firm deals with all matters related to taxation, particularly concerning income reporting according to the Voluntary Disclosure program in the USA and the new program introduced in Israel under the temporary provision.

Real Estate – The firm represents private developers engaged in initiating residential construction projects in Israel and abroad. The firm's primary clients are foreign residents from the USA, Canada, England, France, and Belgium. As part of this representation, the firm is involved, among other things, in drafting real estate sale contracts, construction contracts, financial support agreements, apartment sale agreements, and lease and rental agreements, as well as in planning and building procedures.

Conducting Transactions – The firm regularly accompanies entrepreneurs and investors and is involved in the establishment of companies, partnerships, and joint ventures, as well as in drafting purchase agreements, investment agreements, financing agreements, and founders and shareholders agreements. The firm has special expertise in accompanying Israelis operating abroad as entrepreneurs and investors.

Corporate Consultation – In this role, the firm engages daily in ongoing legal consultation in the field of corporate law, partnership law, contract law, and labor law in all their aspects.

Management of Litigation, Disputes, and Claims – The firm manages numerous legal proceedings in courts, labor tribunals, and arbitration processes in various disputes in the field of commercial and civil law, including monetary claims, tort claims, labor law, injunctions for courts and administrative tribunals, planning and building, enforcement, and more.
