Professional Experiencep>

 p>

Adv. Tal Dor began his legal career as an intern at the law firm Gildor in Ariel. There, he dealt with real estate law and, among other things, won an appeal regarding the taxation of a widow for transferring a property to an heir while waiving his right under the Inheritance Law.p>

 p>

The second half of Adv. Dor's internship was in the criminal field as the sole intern in the case against former Knesset member and minister Aryeh Deri. He assisted the defense team, which included Adv. Dan Avi-Yitzhak, Amnon Zichroni, Navot Tel Tzur, Pnina Dvorin, Haim Li Ran, Dan Kual (late), Barak Tal, and Gilad Beloi. In this framework, he learned litigation from top lawyers and later collaborated with Adv. Tzion Amir and David Libai but chose not to continue in the criminal field except for selected white-collar cases and business clients requiring his services as part of their overall treatment.p>

 p>

In 1995 – 1996, Adv. Dor worked at the law firm Bedichi (late)-Mendelson, representing contractors primarily involved in building the H-300 complex in Holon, including Tzvi Tzarfati, Zalman Zechariah, Lomir, Ilanot HaKirya, and others. During this period, he also dealt with the registration of condominiums, lease agreements for shops in one of these contractors' malls in Ramla, negotiations, and second-hand transactions for selling apartments from these contractors. Adv. Dor was also involved in a High Court petition against the Holon Municipality, where Ilanot HaKirya won regarding its obligation to pay a public buildings levy.p>

 p>

In 1996-1997, Adv. Dor worked at the law firm David Sinai, an authorized signatory of Bank Leumi, representing, among others, Eliyahu Company, Egged Company, and Clalit Health Services (Dental Clinics Network), in collection, enforcement, subrogation claims (property damage), and litigation.p>

From 1997 to 2006, Adv. Tal Dor worked at the law firm Bar Tanhum Yitzhak, representing Bank Hapoalim both in main management cases (against Adv. Danny Vax, Eldad Kahana, Gideon Dor, and against Ms. Orit Lerer and Ms. Shlomit Eliasaf) and cases of the Southern District Manager (against Adv. Morris Asraf). Additionally, he represented Isracard Company (against Mr. Moshe Eliyahu and Ms. Levana) and also represented computer companies and various commercial companies in debt collection and legal claims and in commercial-contractual aspects in Israel and abroad. During this period, he also dealt with asset receivership, liquidations and mergers, bankruptcies, bill law, and enforcement, representing private creditors and debtors, as well as private companies in company law, labor law.p>

 p>

At the end of this period, Adv. Dor represented clients in proceedings against banks (for example, the lawyer's liability for negligence was reduced from 100% to only 20%). In another case, the lawyer's debt was reduced under the "I have paid" claim from 300,000 NIS to only 4,000 NIS, and in another case, he represented a lawyer in disciplinary proceedings together with Adv. Prof. David Libai – where the penalty was suspended and the conviction was reduced to negligence instead of intentional fraud. During this period, Adv. Dor was involved in setting a legal precedent in the Supreme Court (Hon. Judge Tirkal) regarding the delivery of legal documents in enforcement proceedings.p>

 p>

In 2007 – 2008, Adv. Dor worked at the law firm Shimoni-Peles-Lavel, in the banking department, representing Bank Leumi, Bank Hapoalim, Bank Discount, and Pelephone Company in collection cases, including proceedings in the Supreme Court, civil claims, enforcement. He drafted a request accepted by Judge Varda Alsheikh as a guiding judgment against a receiver on behalf of one bank, determining that the assignment of a company's right to another bank (even though it was not registered as a lien) regarding the company's lawsuit funds against another company would be protected and not included in the company's liquidation assets.p>

 p>

From 2008 until the end of 2010, Adv. Dor worked at the law firm Aryeh Hagi. In this office, he was responsible for the firm's largest client (Cellcom Company against Ms. Ayelet Biton – attached is a recommendation letter), with 13 employees working under him, including lawyers, interns, and collection clerks. Additionally, he handled cases on behalf of Visa CAL Company and assisted in litigation in bank cases. During this period, he managed negotiations with clients and debtors, dealt with litigation, drafting legal documents, enforcement, bankruptcies, preparing defense statements on behalf of the client, drafting legal opinions, and providing reports to the client. At that time, the volume of cases for that client increased significantly due to the increased collection volume, placing the firm among the leading firms in collection for that client.p>

 p>

Since November 2010, Adv. Dor has been managing an independent office – he handles computer companies (importer of Proview screens) and private clients in civil claims and enforcement, wills, registration of apartments and real estate assets, TAMA 38, bankruptcies, and representation proceedings for a local council.p>
