Upon completing her internship at the Criminal Prosecutor's Office in the Tel Aviv District, she began practicing family law and served as an external attorney for the Na'amat organization.

Adv. Shira Toledano specializes in family law in Israel and handles all aspects of divorce, including the criminal aspect. Her areas of practice include managing divorce cases in all their aspects (including alimony, custody, and property), the dissolution of family businesses, paternity, filing for child welfare in juvenile courts and social services, domestic violence, drafting agreements of all kinds, wills, inheritances, and estates, and conducting negotiation processes.

An integral part of her work involves appearances and hearings in all courts and tribunals in Israel at all levels.

Adv. Toledano has been an active member of the Family Affairs Committee of the Israel Bar Association in the Tel Aviv District Committee for five years.

Between the years 2003-2004, Adv. Toledano served as a consulting attorney for women on behalf of the Na'amat organization.

Adv. Toledano regularly participates in professional certification courses in family law, including seminars organized by the Israel Bar Association, to stay updated on developments in family law in Israel.

As part of her vision to provide comprehensive solutions, in 2004, Adv. Toledano was certified as a mediator by the National Institute for Mediation named after Rotlevi, to offer solutions for those wishing to resolve disputes outside the court in any legal matter.

Additionally, Adv. Toledano underwent training in collaborative divorce, which is an innovative process in the country that allows separation between spouses with a view of the entire family, using an effective model where lawyers, divorce process therapists, and financial advisors work in a multidisciplinary team to reach an agreement with a comprehensive view of the family members. In this way, it is ensured that the couple has exclusive control over their lives and are responsible for how their lives will look "the day after."
