Seeing the person behind the problem. A problem in a relationship is sometimes the result of a psychological state and a system of fixations caused by the connection with a particular partner, leading to suffering.

Many see the partner as the cause of this suffering, but in reality, the suffering is caused by another factor that can be identified and treated.

The legal work in the office is primarily conducted to provide complete legal protection for the client. When the internal pressure eases slightly and there is an opportunity to examine other aspects of the problem, affecting the client's physical, intellectual, and emotional capabilities, the client is referred to therapists selected according to the type of problem. The results are almost immediate, bringing complete relief to the client. All this occurs without the partner (who is usually the adversary) participating in the process at all.

The idea is that a problem in a relationship is a symptom of internal incompleteness. After a solution is provided to the violence of the situation (any legal action is an expression of fear, concern about the future, a feeling of loss, etc.), usually in the time between one proceeding and another, between one court session and another, the client stabilizes, sees things differently, and acts with joy and health towards a better future out of personal choice.

Contact with clients is maintained almost 24 hours via email or phone, if I am available.

I do not carry a mobile phone. Dignity requires that an attorney responds to a client when he is composed and at his desk, to provide a true and serious response to the client.

The service is personal. There is no referral to interns.

The number of clients I accept is very limited. I prefer to work in depth, with complete friendship with the client and their full involvement in every step taken.
