Enforcement and Bankruptcy Department

The office handles cases through the Enforcement Bureau and represents debtors and creditors in the Enforcement Bureau.

Enforcement –

 Debtor Representation – The office represents debtors in enforcement proceedings (file consolidation, debtor with limited means, cancellation of driver's license restriction, seizures, arrest warrants, debt restructuring, payment arrangements).

Creditor Representation – The office also handles the collection of various debts, including bills, judgments, checks, and promissory notes. The office has experience in handling various debts and all collection and enforcement proceedings (executive actions – seizures: chattels, salary, issuance of arrest warrants, etc.).

In bankruptcy proceedings – the office represents debtors in bankruptcy proceedings (declaration of bankruptcy, receivership order, compromise, discharge order, etc.). Adv. Smadar Buchobza has been appointed as a special manager and trustee on behalf of the Official Receiver for bankruptcy debtors. In her role, she has written opinions for the District Court, submitted numerous requests until the conclusion of the process with the discharge order.

Labor and Tort Law Department

The office handles employee dismissals and represents them in legal proceedings conducted in labor courts within the framework of employer-employee relations, starting from wage claims, claims for delay compensation, convalescence pay, sick pay, travel expenses, etc., and also handles compromise proceedings through negotiation. The office deals with claims for damages and liabilities – bodily injuries in road accidents, work accidents, municipalities, professional negligence, medical experts, interim payments, etc.

Adv. Smadar Buchobza has also been appointed as a special manager in large companies that have been liquidated, such as "Moked Asif", "Maadanei Aviv - Osoblansky", "H.S. Laguna on the Beach", etc. To date, Adv. Smadar Buchobza has adjudicated over 1,000 (one thousand) debt claims (employees\/bankruptcy) on behalf of the Official Receiver.

Wills and Inheritance Law Department

The office represents clients in family matters concerning: inheritances, estates, and wills. Among other things, the office handles requests for inheritance\/will orders, renunciation of inheritance, etc.

 Litigation Department

The office has a particularly active litigation department, dealing with a wide range of legal proceedings and on a large scale in all areas of law in all courts across the country: Magistrate's Court, Labor Court, District Court, Administrative Court, Supreme Court, High Court of Justice, and various other tribunals. The litigation department provides extensive legal advice in many areas, offering legal opinions and assessing the chances of a lawsuit.

Real Estate Department

The office engages in a variety of activities in the real estate sector, including purchase and rental in both the private and public sectors. The office accompanies construction deals for private individuals from the initiation stage and drafting contractual engagements for the purchase of land, apartments, cottages, etc., accompanying zoning plans, and handling banking accompaniment for mortgages, drafting contractual engagements for the sale and purchase of acquired and sold assets, while professionally dealing with various tax authorities, national and local (capital gains tax, sale tax, property tax, purchase tax, income tax, VAT, customs, municipal tax, etc.). The office also handles construction defects.

 Family Law Department

The office handles protection orders, injunctions, defense statements, lawsuits, custody and visitation arrangements, alimony, property division, various agreements: divorce, reconciliation agreement, dissolution of partnership claim, seizures, etc.
