Adv. Elad Rat

Adv. Elad Rat represents clients in a variety of criminal proceedings, disciplinary proceedings, and various administrative matters, including petitions to the High Court of Justice, administrative petitions, and representation before state authorities. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Adv. Elad Rat interned in the office of former Minister of Justice, Prof. David Libai, and worked there as a lawyer for about five years. In 2009, he established a private practice. In the past, he served as a teaching assistant to Prof. S.Z. Feller, and in recent years (and to this day), he has worked as a tutor for Dr. Judy Broder in various subjects within the field of criminal law, including criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence law, and defenses to criminal liability, at Tel Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan College, the Interdisciplinary Center, and the Academic Center.
