In the criminal field, our office represents clients from the beginning of the criminal process – at the stage of police investigation, providing pre-investigation advice, in detention proceedings, parole committees, and representing minors and adults in courts and various tribunals. Additionally, our office handles requests for closing investigation files, requests for the deletion of criminal records, obtaining a certificate of good conduct, and pardon requests to the President of the State.

Our office holds the appropriate security clearance and also represents soldiers in criminal proceedings in military courts.

In the field of traffic law, our office represents clients in all proceedings in traffic courts and in a variety of traffic offenses, from road accidents to driving under the influence.
In the administrative field, our office provides guidance and advice for obtaining status and citizenship in Israel, dealing with various committees of the Ministry of Interior and Population Administration offices, through filing administrative petitions to district courts and filing appeals to the Supreme Court.
