Founders

The founders of our firm established and managed the international legal division of the Soda-Club Group, which operated as an in-house law firm with branches in Amsterdam and Breda in the Netherlands, Zug in Switzerland, Wiesbaden and Limburg in Germany, and in Israel.

Gad Shoshani, Adv., Managing Partner

Studied law and economics at Tel Aviv University, was a partner at Dr. Shlomo Cohen & Co., and served as the legal advisor, secretary, and member of the global management of the Soda-Club Group, where he advised and managed legal proceedings and procurement transactions, mergers, and trade in Europe, the USA, and Israel. He managed, supervised, and enforced the intellectual property and other rights of the Soda-Club Group worldwide.

Gad served as the CEO of one of the largest printing houses in Israel, specializing in security printing of securities and printing services for the banking and insurance sectors.

Gad served in the IDF reserves as a communications officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Adv. Gad Shoshani's experience is in all aspects of intellectual property, marketing and consumer protection law, and providing comprehensive legal services in Israel and multinational markets, including proven capabilities in negotiating agency, distribution, franchising, procurement, and financing agreements, customs and taxation issues, corporate law, and industrial standards, appearing in courts and arbitrations.

Suzy Finkel-Shoshani, Adv.

Suzy served as the administrative manager of the legal division of Soda-Club, where she gained extensive experience in corporate governance, managing registered and renewal-requiring intellectual properties, including trademarks, patents, designs, and domain names, and in insurance and risk management fields. Suzy completed her law studies at the Academic Center for Law and Business in Ramat Gan and is a member of the Bar Association.
