Advocate and Notary Pedro-Marcos Chartkov

Advocate and Notary Pedro-Marcos Chartkov served for a decade on a judicial panel as a public representative on behalf of employers and was assigned to judicial compositions at the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv. He was appointed to this position by the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor.

In his role as a public representative subject to judicial ethics, Advocate Chartkov actively participated in civil judicial proceedings at the Labor Court, making a significant contribution to the court's rulings, including mediation, conciliation, and both private and collective dispute resolution activities.

Advocate Chartkov holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Advocate Chartkov is a member of the Israel Bar Association and holds a license to practice law.

Advocate Chartkov has extensive experience representing numerous clients in legal proceedings, including pre-dismissal hearings, committees, arbitration proceedings, and more, as well as providing them with ongoing advice.

Advocate Chartkov also engages in aviation law, having previously worked as a safety event investigator.

Advocate Chartkov is a graduate of the "Aviation Contract Law" course by IATA - the International Air Transport Association, which unites the international trade of airlines and air carriers worldwide.

Advocate Chartkov serves as a member of the Israeli Society for Labor Law and Social Security and the National Labor and Education Law Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Advocate Chartkov was appointed as an external attorney in the Legal Aid Department of the Ministry of Justice in the field of labor law and as a guardian ad litem for minors.
