Representation of debtors in defense against collection proceedings in execution, including filing objections to the execution of a note (e.g., claiming "I have paid"), reaching debt settlements, capacity investigations, file consolidation, debtor with limited means, cancellation of collection proceedings (including attachments, arrests, enforcement and sale of movables and real estate, exit prohibition orders, eviction from real estate).
