Wills, Inheritances, and Prenuptial Agreements - Attorney and Notary Dana Atar-Salai has extensive knowledge and experience in drafting wills, including mutual wills, inheritance matters, including applications to the Registrar of Inheritances and obtaining probate orders and will execution orders, as well as managing estates and estate assets. Additionally, she engages in drafting prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. 

3. Drafting Enduring Powers of Attorney - Attorney and Notary Dana Atar-Salai is certified to draft enduring powers of attorney by the General Guardian and has extensive experience in the field.

Enforcement of Judgments - Representation of creditors and debtors in execution matters, both in execution offices and in courts, including the following: representing creditors in initiating collection proceedings in execution, such as enforcement of checks, promissory notes, monetary and non-monetary judgments (such as eviction from real estate). Within the collection proceedings, opening execution files against debtors and taking all possible collection measures according to execution laws, including attachments, arrests, enforcement and sale of movables and real estate, exit prohibition orders, and eviction from real estate;

Representation of debtors in defense against collection proceedings in execution, including filing objections to the execution of a note (e.g., claiming "I have paid"), reaching debt settlements, capacity investigations, file consolidation, debtor with limited means, cancellation of collection proceedings (including attachments, arrests, enforcement and sale of movables and real estate, exit prohibition orders, eviction from real estate).

5. Companies - Attorney and Notary Dana Atar-Salai has extensive knowledge and experience in company formation and voluntary liquidation, as well as in drafting commercial contracts.
