Graduate of Bar-Ilan University (LL.M) with a Master's degree in Law and Commercial Law.

Adv. Gilad Shadar graduated with the highest honors (Dean's List) in Law in 2008 and has since been engaged in the field of real estate, particularly in urban renewal.

Currently, Adv. Shadar is overseeing TAMA 38 and evacuation-reconstruction projects executed by some of the largest development and contracting companies in the market, including leading projects in the cities of Tel Aviv, Bat Yam, Herzliya, Ramat Gan, and Ra'anana.

In recent years, Adv. Shadar has gained extensive knowledge and experience in representing tenants in evacuation-reconstruction and TAMA 38 projects, and is generally identified with representing tenants exclusively, negotiating on their behalf to maximize the full potential of their property.

Additionally, Adv. Shadar is involved in the strategic planning of complex, large-scale acquisition transactions and serves as legal counsel for evacuation-reconstruction projects in the Sharon and Central regions, involving dozens of housing units.

In addition, Adv. Shadar handles and represents various clients in court proceedings across different instances in matters related to real estate, including representation in tenant lawsuits, planning and building offenses, appeals to planning and building appeal committees, and proceedings before the supervisor of shared buildings.
