The firm accompanies the project from the negotiation stages for selecting the developer to the registration of the apartments in the land registry.

This department, managed by Attorney Roy Nahum, provides professional legal services for representation before judicial instances in the civil-commercial field.

The department has special expertise in municipal law. The firm provides legal services for representing assessees against local authorities to reduce municipal levies, such as development levies, property taxes, betterment levies, and more.
