For the past 7 years, I have been representing employers and employees in various legal proceedings in labor courts.
Over the past seven years, I led the field of labor law at the law firm where I was employed, representing employers in the private sector in various legal proceedings before labor courts and providing ongoing support to the firm's commercial clients.
Additionally, I engage in representing clients in civil-commercial and intellectual property legal matters across all judicial instances. In this capacity, I handle all stages of the process, from drafting various types of agreements, negotiating with attorneys and debtors, to filing and managing lawsuits in court until a judgment is rendered.
In addition to my legal education and experience, I served for a decade as the head of the Legal Department of one of the largest electronic security companies in the country. In this role, I gained experience in settling insurance claims, financial claims, labor law issues, and was part of the management team in the organization and a partner in strategic decision-making.
In the last decade, labor law has become one of the most dynamic fields in Israeli law, characterized by a trend of expanding employee protection, increasing penalties for employers, and imposing administrative and criminal sanctions on corporate officers.
Those engaged in labor law are required to maintain professionalism and stay updated with rulings and legislation. My firm continuously updates itself on innovations, trends, rulings, and legislation in labor law and related legal fields, providing legal advice, handling, support, and representation services to both private clients and businesses, always prioritizing the client's best interests and objectives.
