Real Estate / Property - I draft contracts for real estate transactions (sale\/purchase of both first-hand properties (contracts with and against contractors) and second-hand properties, lease agreements, transfer transactions without consideration from an individual to a relative, and more), handle registration, including correcting erroneous registrations at the Land Registry Office, and represent in various legal proceedings on matters such as: ownership, eviction, neighbor disputes, protected tenancy, municipal tax objections and appeals, and more.
Civil Law - I handle diverse cases before various courts, including monetary claims, contractual disputes, defamation claims, and privacy violations.
