Looking to establish a new business, either alone or with partners? As part of establishing a business and providing legal support after its establishment, we will draft agreements for the formation of the company or partnership, ensure the registration of the company, draft agreements between the founders of a limited company, and provide ongoing legal advice to the company and its owners.

Real Estate, Planning, and Construction

Looking to buy, sell, rent, lease, initiate construction, or conduct any real estate transaction? The firm will assist you in drafting sale, purchase, and lease contracts, business initiative contracts, 'combination' contracts, and more, regarding apartments, shops, plots, industrial buildings, offices, and more.

Were you required to pay an improvement levy unjustly? You will receive representation for its cancellation and/or reduction, as appropriate. Were you handed an apartment purchased from a contractor and discovered defects? We will handle filing the lawsuit against the building contractor and represent you in court proceedings.

Contracts

The firm will draft real estate contracts for you and accompany you in their implementation, including handling taxation and registration of rights. Our firm also drafts business contracts for the establishment of ventures, sale, or purchase of existing businesses.

Inheritance Law

We will represent you in matters of inheritance and estates, drafting wills, submitting applications for inheritance orders and probate orders. We will also draft a prenuptial agreement for you and assist you in its approval in court, or through Attorney Amnon Yamar, who serves as a notary, as required by law.

Our firm represents plaintiffs or defendants in courts, appeal committees, and arbitrations in legal proceedings, in all areas of the firm's practice. The firm has extensive experience in eviction claims for tenants.

Were you injured or did you unfortunately injure someone in a road accident? Our firm will handle claims due to the road accident, including against insurance companies and various bodies and institutions in the field of property and bodily injury.

Insurance

Feeling wronged or harmed by an insurance company? Our firm will provide representation for those entitled to benefits under disability insurance policies, accident disability, nursing care policy, personal accidents, property insurance, student insurance, vehicle insurance, business and home insurance, and third-party liability insurance.

Tenant Protection Law

If you are a property owner with protected tenants in such a property, or a protected tenant holding a property, our firm will provide representation under the Tenant Protection Law, including in claims for the eviction of protected tenants.

Notarial Services

The firm provides notarial services including, among others: powers of attorney, declaration verification, translation certifications in English, French, and Yiddish, prenuptial agreement certification, copy certifications, and will verifications.
