Our firm began its operations in its current format in 2001 and is engaged in various fields of commercial law, including civil-commercial law, white-collar crimes, and taxation, with several specific emphases and specializations in unique legal sectors. The firm has four lawyers, as well as interns and pre-licensed interns.

Areas of Practice:

1. Corporate Law, Liquidations, and Bankruptcy – We handle a variety of legal issues related to corporate matters and insolvency proceedings, including stays of proceedings, shareholder protection, and voluntary liquidation. Our firm serves as a liquidator, trustee, or special manager for a significant number of companies. We represent numerous clients in bankruptcy proceedings and are responsible for significant precedents in this field. The firm has considerable experience in real estate realization, as well as in completing construction processes, in receivership, bankruptcy, and liquidation proceedings.

2. Commercial-Civil Law – Our firm provides litigation services before all courts. We represent many companies within the framework of legal treatment and ongoing consultation, contract drafting, financial and civil claims, injunctions, and interim proceedings, both within the courts and in arbitration proceedings, including labor law in all its aspects.

3. Administrative Matters – The representation of petitioners in administrative petitions on issues of tenders, planning and construction, business licensing, and constitutional law. We handle both injunctions and principal petitions.

4. Real Estate and Taxation – We represent clients in real estate transactions, both in the private and contractor sectors, registration of condominiums, parceling, consultation, and handling of real estate taxation issues, including objections and assessment corrections. The firm works in close and extensive cooperation with bodies and institutions related to the field, such as appraisers, brokers, and architects. We are exposed to numerous real estate transactions and to real estate agents, investment, and initiation opportunities, and direct our clients accordingly. A related field is real estate realization in insolvency proceedings and in enforcement, which the firm handles.

5. White-Collar Crimes and Taxation – We represent defendants in proceedings under the VAT Law, Income Tax Ordinance, and the Prohibition of Money Laundering Law. We provide ongoing consultation, including handling arrest and investigation proceedings.
