Our firm is an established office operating in the field of real estate, including real estate taxation and commercial law. It is a family firm founded in 1976 by Attorney Meir Hollander, joined in 1978 by Attorney Galia Hollander, his wife.

The foundations of the firm were laid in the office of the late Attorney Aharon Shershevsky, the father of Attorney Galia Hollander. This office was established in 1957 and was primarily engaged in real estate.

We accompany our clients through all the numerous stages of a real estate transaction, as early as possible, from the preparation stage for the transaction: purchase or sale, examination of rights (sold/purchased), planning future taxation, ongoing advice during the transaction until its completion, registration in the Land Registry or the relevant place where the registration is conducted, registration of a condominium, and representation before local authorities, planning committees, tax committees, etc.

Before executing the transaction, we see it as our duty to present our clients with the various options and additional aspects beyond those known to them, so that they can make their decisions with knowledge of the range of existing possibilities.
