Attorney Shai Idga holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the Faculty of Law at the College of Management and is a member of the Labor Law Forum at the Bar Association Forum.

Attorney Shai Idga holds a certified mediator certificate from the Center for Conflict Resolution in Neve Tzedek and has extensive experience in legal guidance and advice in the field of labor law, with a deep understanding of the unique complexity and sensitivity in this field.

The office upholds a strict collaboration with the client - copies of claims are sent to the client via email and hearing dates are updated via text messages.

• Labor Law - Many employees in Israel are unaware of their rights at work. Our office will receive the employee's documents, such as pay slips and other various documents, and calculate all the amounts actually due to the employee with the advice and assistance of a certified accountant. Our office has extensive experience in representing employees from both the private and public sectors and representing them against employers in the labor court.
• Company Liquidation - Companies that have reached insolvency for the purpose of filing employees' debt claims with the National Insurance Institute. 
• Mediation in Labor Relations - The mediation process is particularly suitable for resolving disputes in the field of labor relations, due to the personal and emotional nature of disputes in this field.
