David Yadid Law Firm and Notary Office has been involved for many years in the field of realizing rights for Holocaust survivors. The firm has been active in this area since its inception, working on the realization of rights for Holocaust survivors in Israel and other countries.

We handle all stages of the claim to achieve compensation and until obtaining recognition as a Holocaust survivor from the Holocaust Survivors' Rights Authority at the Ministry of Finance.

We deal with various claims against the Ministry of Finance and accompany the firm's clients in drafting claims and various requests at all levels of appeal.

Our firm works with many bodies worldwide to achieve the realization of rights for Holocaust survivors and to obtain compensation for them:

3. Full legal handling of claims from the German Insurance Institute for work during the Holocaust period. We handle the possibility of receiving a one-time compensation of 2,000 euros as well as eligibility for monthly payments. The service is also provided for heirs of those who submitted a claim during their lifetime.
4. Handling claims with the Hungarian authorities to obtain compensation for Holocaust survivors and relatives of those who perished in the Holocaust.

Obtaining European Citizenship:
