The firm was established by two partners, Attorney Reuven Dan-Gur and Attorney Adi Piterman. Commercial Department - Establishing and Accompanying Businesses
The firm accompanies companies and individuals in the business and commercial field, both at the establishment stages and at various business stages in Israel and abroad.
The firm establishes and supports all types of corporations and provides legal advice and support at all stages of incorporation and business activity: initiation and establishment, drafting founders' agreements, and various commercial contracts. The firm assists companies and businesses concerning their legal needs, both regarding ongoing needs and regarding representation in various transactions.
Real Estate and Planning and Construction Department
The firm engages in a variety of activities related to the real estate field.
The firm accompanies construction transactions both for private individuals and by handling contracting projects, from the initiation stage and drafting contractual engagements for land purchase, accompanying the master plan and its approval processes in various planning institutions, including the Israel Lands Administration (including transfer of rights, capitalization, lease extension, registration arrangements), Land Registry Office (including advice and procedures with the Land Registrar (Tabu) and the Supervisor of Real Estate), procedures with housing companies, local authorities, planning and construction institutions, etc., up to handling banking support for projects, advice and handling of mortgages at all stages, drafting contractual engagements for the sale and purchase of apartments and assets (sale agreements), transfer of rights and registration, registration of shared houses, and representation before real estate taxation and local and regional planning and construction committees (property tax, improvement levy), as well as all matters of real estate taxation.
The firm represents clients in planning and construction procedures, advising, handling, and filing claims related to urban building schemes (TABA), TAMA 38, TAMA 38/2, and urban renewal.
Wills, Inheritances, and Personal Status
The firm represents clients in the personal status field on various issues including inheritance, wills, divorce, alimony, property division, advice and representation regarding known or recognized partners, prenuptial agreements, temporary estate management, permanent estate management, estate management, appeals to the Family Court, representation of guardians and guardianship procedures, legal advice and representation in Family Courts, before the General Guardian and the Registrar of Inheritances.

The firm is involved in representing employees and employers in all proceedings conducted in labor courts across all aspects of employer-employee relations, including:
