Cohen Harizi & Co. Law Office is a boutique law firm located in the Bursa complex in Ramat Gan, specializing in municipal authorities (municipal taxation), labor law, real estate, and traffic law.

Adv. Harizi Azriel (Uzi) holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Ono Academic College and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in taxation from the College of Management.

Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2009.

Adv. Harizi serves as Deputy Chair of the National Property and Real Estate Forum of the Israel Bar Association and as a prosecutor in the Ethics Committee of the Tel Aviv and Central District.

After working for several years in leading real estate law firms in Israel, he co-founded the law office with Adv. Cohen.

As part of his practice, Adv. Harizi manages complex cases in the field of real estate, real estate taxation, and traffic law.

Adv. Arik Cohen holds a law degree from the Academic Center for Law and Business in Ramat Gan.

Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2008.

During his career, he has represented various local authorities in the field of municipal taxation (property tax and development levies), such as the Bat Yam Municipality, Holon Municipality, and others. Additionally, he has represented major entities in the market, such as the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Partner Communications Company, Pelephone Company, Clalit Health Services, etc.

In parallel to his work in municipal taxation, Adv. Cohen practices labor law, including providing legal advice to employees and employers, managing cases in labor courts, negotiations, and more. Additionally, Adv. Cohen is a member of the Labor Law Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
