Yair Zahavi -
Yair Zahavi began his career as a high-tech entrepreneur and held various positions, including CEO of the shopping site "Get-It" and Business Development Manager at Walla Shops. In 2009, he founded and sold "Big Deal," a site that brought the coupon revolution to Israel.
Yair Zahavi specializes in commercial law and labor law, regularly appearing in civil and economic courts and representing employers and employees in labor courts.
He manages the Employee Rights Forum and is a member of the Technology, Internet, and Intellectual Property Committees of the Bar Association.
Ben Shalom -
Ben Shalom has managed several commercial departments in leading firms and has successfully handled thousands of international commercial transactions and agreements over the past 8 years, including investment transactions and international mergers and acquisitions in the high-tech field, involving millions of dollars. In his roles, he managed transactions and provided ongoing advice to dozens of top-tier technology companies and clients. He serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
He is a member of the Technology, Internet, and Intellectual Property Committees of the Bar Association.
