Firm Profile:
Our firm was founded by Attorney Ben Zion Malka and has been operating since 1989. We deal with a variety of civil matters, including tax advice and planning, as well as representation and consultation for commercial companies in the economic field and labor law.

Real Estate Sector:
In the real estate sector, we initiate and support construction projects, represent companies and contractors, register condominium buildings, amend condominium orders, and provide consultation and handling in planning and construction matters.
We have been involved in changing the urban building plan in Atlit, preparing agricultural lands for construction, executing a subdivision of 330 housing units, and managing and overseeing development works in the complex.
Additionally, we draft sales contracts, combination transactions, self-construction deals, and similar agreements.
We legally support a purchasing group for the construction of 22 housing units in Kiryat Motzkin and represent tenants and developers within the framework of TAMA 38, an urban renewal program.

Litigation Department:
The litigation department, excluding family law and criminal law, is managed by Attorney Aviad Malka.

Tort Law:
The tort department is managed by Attorney Aviad Malka, who specialized in a Tel Aviv tort law firm representing the insurance companies "Clal" and "Harel." After his specialization, he worked as a salaried attorney in a large tort law firm in Tel Aviv, handling and representing plaintiffs against the National Insurance Institute, including appearances in medical committees and courts, as well as handling claims under the Road Accident Victims Compensation Law and the Torts Ordinance, including court appearances and managing numerous evidentiary hearings.
We handle tort claims including road accidents, bodily injury claims, and claims against the National Insurance Institute, particularly work accidents and general disability, including representation in medical committees.
We represent a local authority in tort claims.

Monetary Claims Sector:
We deal with civil monetary claims, various bill claims, including claims under the Guarantee Law, and claims for the cancellation of credit cards.
Claims in summary proceedings include filing claims, requests for permission to defend, objections to the execution of bills, and handling guarantees, securities, mortgages, and liens.
Additionally, we conduct collection actions in the Execution Office for the enforcement of judgments, execution of bills, and capacity investigations, including measures such as liens and realization of assets.

Administrative Sector:
We file injunction claims in the administrative field, especially regarding tenders of public companies and municipalities.
Labor Law:
Representation of employers and employees in the labor court.
