The firm primarily engages in two areas of law:>span>
Enforcement of Judgments and Bankruptcy: Creditor representation, including the collection of returned checks, filing claims in enforcement proceedings, enforcement of monetary judgments, and eviction or removal from property (filing claims for eviction or removal - monetary claims in courts). Our office employs an efficient and innovative collection method. Debtor representation, including filing objections and legal representation, filing requests to cancel garnishments (wage garnishment, bank account garnishment, etc.), and requests to lift restrictions - driver's license, travel bans, including handling with the Center for Collection of Fines, and filing appeals against decisions of Highway 6 Committee and banks regarding restrictions on credit limits.>span>
Requests for payment orders, consolidation of files, arrangements with private creditors, and warning letters.>span>
The office represents debtors in bankruptcy proceedings: close and professional support from the day of filing the request for an order of consolidation until the day of receiving a discharge from all debts, creditor arrangements, and requests.>span>
Traffic Law: Handling serious traffic offenses, such as driving while disqualified, drunk driving offenses, excessive speed, and traffic accidents, as well as handling other traffic offenses, such as mobile phone usage reports, running a red light, speeding, and stop signs.>span>
Filing appeals against the officer's decision for administrative disqualification. The office provides initial consultation to review the traffic case without any obligation.>span>
Your rights are important to us.>span>
