Amir Ziman, Mediator, Arbitrator, and Notary

Amir Ziman is a mediator, attorney, and notary. He resides in Binyamina, is a graduate of the Agricultural school in Pardes Hanna, and graduated with honors from the Naval Officers Course of the Israeli Navy.

Mr. Ziman completed his law studies (LL.B) at the University of Haifa with honors and was admitted to the bar in 1999. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (BEc) also from the University of Haifa and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Ziman has extensive experience in negotiation in countries around the world, as well as experience in managing extensive security projects, with a comprehensive perspective, engineering understanding, and excellent human relations.
He is an active member of the Dispute Resolution Forum of the Israel Bar Association and has represented it in Knesset committees in various discussions on legislative procedures in dispute resolution. Furthermore, he works as a mediator on behalf of the court and as a mediator on behalf of the Mediation Center of the Local Government Center in Israel.
Divorce Mediation - A family undergoing a divorce process experiences significant turmoil, and it is therefore very important for them to find stability, professionalism, and sensitivity. A suitable legal response will be embodied in a comprehensive agreement between the parties, providing emotional and therapeutic support to each spouse separately and together, for example, in conveying messages to their children.
The office believes that divorcing couples should not only reach an agreement that regulates their divorce but also engage in joint learning about managing the new situation. We invest significant effort in the mediation process to provide the couple with tools to help them reach agreements and resolve disputes independently, both during the legal process and especially afterward.
Business Mediation - We engage in dispute resolution in general, and in disputes between organizations and internal organizational disputes in particular. Our assistance is reflected in forming agreements, helping competing organizations reach a state of cooperation to jointly offer themselves for a tender or project.
