§ Representing employees in cases of company liquidation\/bankruptcy of an employer
To receive the amounts due to employees, it is essential to first file a request for the company's liquidation or the employer's bankruptcy with the competent court.

Without a liquidation order, employees will not be entitled to file claims and receive what is due to them from the National Insurance!
Our firm represents groups of employees who have found themselves in a situation where the company they worked for or the independent employer encountered difficulties and inability to pay the employees' wages and what is due to them, such as compensation and additional social rights.

Our firm handles comprehensive representation of employees, both in preparing and filing the liquidation\/bankruptcy request with the court, representation in the hearing, and subsequently filing the debt claims on behalf of the employees to the liquidator to approve the amounts due to the employees.

Voluntary Company Liquidation

Liquidation of a company for inactive company owners, comprehensive handling of the company's liquidation and preventing further annual fee charges and unnecessary financial penalties (fines). Cancellation of annual fee charges for companies that were inactive and submit a request for voluntary liquidation.

These days, the Registrar of Companies has begun imposing financial penalties against companies that have not paid the annual fees, thereby violating the Companies Law 1999.

It should be noted that any company registered with the Registrar of Companies as an active company is obligated to pay an annual fee. According to the law, a company is considered active as long as it has not been dissolved (liquidated or deleted) according to the law.

According to Section 360(a) of the Companies Law, if a financial penalty is not paid on time, the Registrar of Companies may demand its payment from anyone registered with the registrar as a director in the company or who was registered as such at the time of the violation.
