Mediation, alimony, property, prenuptial agreements, inheritance, wills, and estates
The divorce process is inherently difficult and emotional, involving an intrusion into the most private and personal world—the family unit that was previously protected and intimate.
Our firm has over 15 years of experience and has handled hundreds of divorce cases, representing clients in court and in the Rabbinical Court. We place utmost importance on the personal aspect, providing professional, close, supportive, and sensitive guidance in divorce proceedings, drafting wills, contesting wills and inheritance orders, mediation, and drafting agreements.
Being a small and intimate firm, each process receives individual and personal attention, with full focus and time dedicated solely to you.
Additionally, as an important layer, we are extensively involved in mediation. What is mediation? In recent decades, the perception has been spreading that judicial resolution should not be the sole way to resolve disputes. It is always advisable to attempt to settle the conflict through mediation, which is a process conducted by a neutral third party who is not a judge and does not impose a solution but tries to bring the parties to a mutual agreement in a creative manner, drawing on significant experience. We accompany the parties in this process from its inception, through the drafting and editing of the agreement, to its approval in court and the arrangement of the Jewish divorce.
In recent years, we have gained extensive experience in the evolving field of drafting co-parenting agreements between parties who join together with the intention of bringing a child into the world. To minimize and reduce future frictions and disputes regarding the upbringing of the joint child, it is advisable and important to regulate this matter.
