Attorneys Itzik Zohar and Haim Ben David

Attorney Haim Ben David holds a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University and is a member of the National Insurance and Torts Committee of the Israel Bar Association and the Tel Aviv and Central District Committee. He specializes in the field of National Insurance Law, including all matters related to general disability, work accidents, special services, nursing care, and more. Additionally, he represents plaintiffs against the National Insurance Institute, the Ministry of Defense, and insurance companies to realize their medical and financial rights.
He has been active in providing assistance to supported populations, on a voluntary basis, as part of the Israel Bar Association's Pro Bono project ('Shachar Mitzvah'). He is a member of the Crohn's Disease Association and serves as an advisor to the association on changing the disability assessment criteria of the National Insurance Institute.

Attorney Ben David knows from his personal experience as a recognized disabled person by the National Insurance Institute, after conducting a persistent struggle to realize his right to recognition as disabled, that the process of approaching the National Insurance Institute can be difficult and exhausting, involving a rigid bureaucratic mechanism, accompanied by laws and regulations that are not clear to the citizen, making it difficult for them to obtain their entitled medical and financial rights according to the law.

He has set a goal to assist those approaching the National Insurance Institute in realizing their rights to receive the allowance and\/or benefits they are entitled to by law.
 
Attorney Itzik Zohar holds a Master's degree in Law from Tel Aviv University and is a member of the National Insurance, Real Estate, and Urban Renewal Committees of the Israel Bar Association. He specializes in the field of National Insurance and the realization of medical rights, and additionally, in the field of Real Estate Law, including transactions of sale\/purchase\/rental of apartments, Tama 38 (an Israeli urban renewal program), registration in the Land Registry, and dissolution of co-ownership in real estate, as well as providing legal support to individuals, businesses, and companies, including legal advice, litigation, labor law, collection, and execution, etc.

Itzik Zohar is a certified attorney and has previously served as a teaching assistant in various academic institutions. He is also a graduate of numerous legal training courses.
