Attorney and Notary - Eitan Ben-David, born in Petah Tikva, graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University 26 years ago.

Attorney Ben-David interned, among others, with the President of the Supreme Court, Prof. Aharon Barak.

His office opened in central Petah Tikva over 25 years ago, and more than 20 prominent lawyers in the area have trained there, who continue to consult with him to this day.

At the beginning of 2012, the office moved to its new location in Olympia Park, adjacent to the new courthouse next to the "Avenat Mall".

The office staff includes about four attorneys who professionally and diligently handle clients, with the main area of practice being litigation (representation in court proceedings) in all fields, with a special focus on real estate in all its aspects, a matter that requires extensive knowledge and experience in case management and witness examination.

Our office provides comprehensive legal solutions for a wide range of issues: real estate claims, financial claims, contract drafting, various types of sale agreements, neighbor disputes, moshavim (continuation rights, construction, etc.), wills, inheritance orders, probate orders, administrative petitions, expropriations-compensation, property tax appeals, injunctions, and ongoing legal advice and assistance.
