Eyal Saig – Law Office provides its clients with a wide range of services under one roof.
The office specializes in family and inheritance law, as well as related fields such as contracts, real estate, enforcement, and mediation.
Family and Inheritance Law Field - Due to its inherently sensitive nature, this field requires the lawyer practicing in it to possess heightened sensitivity, listening skills, and an understanding of the client's often very difficult pains and experiences, while providing creative solutions to legal issues that arise during the process.
The lawyer bears significant responsibility, as in most cases, it involves matters of life and death. For example, the lives of vulnerable individuals (minors and adults who struggle or can no longer manage their affairs) depend on the dedication and professionalism of the handling lawyer.
We strive to reach agreements between opposing parties before they resort to court proceedings, agreements that save considerable time and money. However, if an agreement cannot be reached and court proceedings are unavoidable, we will do everything in our power to fight for our clients' interests and goals.
Our office drafts prenuptial agreements both before and during marriage, as well as cohabitation agreements and shared parenting agreements.
Eyal Saig – Law Office also specializes in the following areas:
Drafting divorce agreements, reconciliation agreements, and alternatively divorce agreements
Modification of divorce agreements, divorce claims (Get) in the Rabbinical Court, requests for reconciliation
Child custody and guardianship, arrangements for minor children's contact with each parent, child support, including temporary and pre-temporary support, spousal support, increase in support, reduction of support, cancellation of support, housing claims and maintenance
Property and financial claims in the context of divorce, claims for dissolution of partnership and property distribution, claims for resource balancing, including reputation and career claims, claims and remedies for rights preservation, claims between common-law partners, as well as guardianship matters.
Preparation of individual and mutual wills, modification of wills, submission of requests for probate orders, submission of requests for inheritance orders, submission of objections to wills, and distribution agreements among heirs.
Contracts and Real Estate - As part of the office's activities in this field, and as a complementary service to the client:
Drafting and preparing contracts. This includes second-hand apartment sale contracts from the preliminary checks stage (for the buyer) and securing the seller's rights as the seller's representative, through contract drafting to registration.
Lease agreements for apartments, offices, shops, industrial buildings, and more.
Contracts with contractors and service providers, eviction claims, and eviction proceedings.
Enforcement and Bankruptcy - As part of the client service, the office also handles the opening of enforcement files, both for promissory notes and enforcement of judgments. The service includes managing enforcement files, including child support enforcement files and collection procedures, asset receivership, and bankruptcy.
The office engages in family mediation and divorce - we believe that the mediation process (if successful, concludes with an agreement, which is granted the status of a judgment) offers a significant saving in court litigation, saves a lot of time, saves a lot of money, and mainly saves considerable distress for the parties.
In principle, if the parties express their willingness to participate in the mediation process, it represents an aspiration for a "victory" for all, meaning creating a "WIN-WIN" situation. This victory can be achieved through the creative thinking of all parties (including the mediator) and the introduction of new ideas to resolve all the "small" disputed points.
