Motto – My Belief:

Managing and succeeding in a legal process involves a deep understanding of the root of the dispute, the legal rationale, identifying the legal strengths and weaknesses in each case, and understanding what will lead, under the specific circumstances, in light of the law and current jurisprudence, to the most favorable outcome for the client. This is always done with the full involvement of the client in the decision-making process and choosing the appropriate legal path to achieve the desired remedy.

One of the central guiding principles of my office's work is presenting matters as they are, without embellishing reality and without instilling false hopes in the client where this is not the case. I believe that when an attorney persuades a client to file a baseless and/or groundless claim, they betray their role and tarnish the profession.
