The Real Estate Department in our firm handles sale transactions, leasing, rentals, registration, and dealings with the Israel Land Authority and the Land Registry Office. Our firm operates as a recognized Mediation Center by the Ministry of Justice and the courts. Hundreds of cases have been referred to our firm by the courts for dispute resolution and reaching mediation agreements outside the court. The mediation process requires legal and emotional understanding of the parties, identifying their conflicts and interests, as well as creative thinking outside the box. Parties coming to mediation receive a solution agreed upon by them, balancing between them and attempting, as much as possible, to reflect justice. Our firm conducts dozens of mediations each month. In the vast majority, the parties, with the mediator's help, reach a good, convenient, and fair settlement. Each mediation receives the status of a court judgment by the courts from which the cases were referred to us.

Adv. Moshe Galiko – Firm Owner

Mr. Galiko is an attorney and mediator, owning an independent law firm since 1995; he holds a bachelor's and master's degree in law from Bar-Ilan University. Adv. Galiko specializes in tort law, insurance law, medical malpractice, and national insurance. In his professional experience, he has handled thousands of plaintiffs injured in a wide range of accidents, as well as claims under various insurance policies: loss of work capacity, life insurance, and disability insurance.

Adv. Galiko is also an experienced mediator in civil law and tort law, certified by the Israel Bar Association. He serves as a mediator appointed by the President of the Courts and is a regular mediator in court cases in Netanya, Kfar Saba, Rehovot, and Tel Aviv.
