Adv. Ehud Shamir

Attorney and Notary Public Ehud (Udi) Shamir has 37 years of experience and has operated an independent practice for 35 years. He was among the first in Haifa to handle claims regarding construction defects, as well as organizing purchasing groups and constructing residential and commercial centers. We have extensive experience in real estate and property law, both in the initiation and execution of transactions according to TAMA 38, and in dealing with tort law issues arising from construction and its implications.

He served as a Lieutenant Colonel (Reserve) in the Northern Military Advocate General's Corps and acted as a judge in the disciplinary tribunal of the Israel Bar Association.

The office has a long-standing and dedicated team specializing in tort law and real estate.

Hadas Wasserman, Attorney: Licensed since 1993. She has been working at the office for about 22 years and manages the tort department in close collaboration with Adv. Shamir.

Mrs. Shoshana Atali (Shoshi): She has been working for about 30 years in the office as the head of the Land Registration Department, serving clients with dedication and receiving great affection in return.

Bodily and Property Damages: Consultation and claims for bodily injuries, road and work accidents, occupational diseases, National Insurance claims, medical malpractice, and birth injury claims. Our office has won precedent-setting judgments published in "Nevo" and on the internet.
