Attorney Mirit Entebi was, as mentioned, a partner for many years in leading and large law firms, among the top tier in the country, and served as head of the Communications-Content (Entertainment and Media) and Antitrust Department. Within the firms, she represented some of the largest companies in the Israeli economy in all areas of commercial law and additionally provided legal advice in civil law to senior executives in those companies. Clients include cable companies (now HOT), Bezeq, cellular companies, internet companies, the Electric Company, Clal Israel, Clal Infrastructure, banks, advertising agencies, fashion companies, diamond dealers from Israel and abroad, production companies and actors, leading construction companies, including Africa Israel, Industrial Buildings, Minrav, and more, and simultaneously foreign companies within their activities in Israel.

Attorney Mirit Entebi has established a reputation in the establishment of companies in various business sectors and their ongoing accompaniment in all areas of law, including corporate law, agreements, litigation, real estate, labor law, legislation, intellectual property law (trademark registration, designs, etc., with direct and close work with the Registrar of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks), registration of company databases, claims and defense against claims, including on the subject of parallel import and intellectual property rights infringement, defamation, and more.

After her certification as a member of the Israel Bar Association, Attorney Mirit Entebi underwent numerous certificate courses and participated in conferences in the various fields of the firm's practice, both domestically and internationally – across European countries and the USA.

Attorney Mirit Entebi has extensive experience in conducting transactions, drafting various types of agreements, court appearances, writing legal opinions (including for governmental bodies), pleadings, representing in complex and large cases with great success, and more.

Attorney Mirit Entebi was involved in submitting legislative proposals and proposals for legislative amendments to the Knesset and was a partner in their writing, formulation, and enactment of laws and legislative amendments. Furthermore, Attorney Mirit Entebi participated in the establishment of the Justice Haim Cohen Center (Supreme Court Judge, deceased), whose main purpose is to provide legal protection (pro bono) to individuals and groups whose fundamental rights are compromised, resulting in unavoidable harm to their dignity.

Additionally, Attorney Mirit Entebi served as a lecturer in contract law, legal theory, and more at various academic institutions, and published numerous articles in her fields of expertise.
